BIENVENIDO
La asociación peruana de Protección a los Animales (ASPPA) es una organización integrada por gente de diferentes perfiles profesionales que comparten el objetivo de proteger a los animales de la crueldad o indolencia humana, promover el trato ético hacia ellos y sobretodo velar por su vida y salud.
La organización trabaja mediante acciones directas, realizando esterilizaciones, rescatando animales en malas condiciones de vida, curándolos y realizando donaciones.
Esta plataforma virtual sirve para poder comunicarnos y mantenernos al día de las actividades que la Asociación, realizar denuncias de maltrato animal y tener información acerca de donaciones y que puede ser útil para poder velar por la vida de los animales domésticos y callejeros en condiciones deplorables.
En ASPPA estamos conscientes de la gran importancia y necesidad de que cada vez se nos unan más voces para que nuestro clamor alcance todos los rincones de esta sociedad, por lo que siempre valoraremos tu participación.
Es muy fácil, tú puedes participar con nosotros de alguna de las siguientes maneras:
- Inscríbete como socio.- Forma parte del activismo: rescata, hace inspecciones, denuncia, esteriliza, haz diseños, escribe en la página, educa, da entrevistas y conferencias, entre otras actividades.
- Aportando donaciones en efectivo o en especie.- Da alguna cuota fija de dinero, dona medicamento, gasolina, equipo de rescate o para vehículos o cualquier otro recurso material que nos ayude en nuestra labor en favor de los animales.
- Patrocinando proyectos específicos.- Financia alguno de los proyectos: clínicas veterinarias en zonas marginadas, campañas de educación y esterilización, rescates 24 horas.
- Convirtiéndote en informante nacional o internacional.- Escribe para la página de ASPPA, dando a conocer a los visitantes lo que está ocurriendo sobre animales en su lugar de oringen: campañas, eventos, leyes, casos de crueldad y respuesta de sociedad y autoridades, logros importantes en favor de los animales, etc. Se publicarán sus nombres y correos en un listado de la página, para que todos los interesados de su localidad los contacten y vayan haciendo un grupo, que al volverse estable visite o sea visitado por gente de experiencia de ASPPA y les asesore para llevar sus juntas, proyectos y actividades en contra del maltrato animal.
- Ayudándonos como Inspector de Reportes.- Acude a un lugar donde haya maltrato animal y llena un formato, toma fotos y, de ser posible rescata al animal o animales afectados. Informa al área juridica para que se haga la denuncia correspondiente. También puede visitar hogares de posibles adoptantes para verificar si son sitios adecuados por la calidad de las personas y los espacios, para que adopten a uno de los animalitos que estén en espera de hogar o los que vayan siendo rescatados.

While it remains unclear how these agents were influenced, the euphoria and dissociation they exhibited are consistent with the effects of satellite-based directed systems, potentially used to manipulate behavior and ensure compliance without resistance.
In terms of technical findings, no significant issues were found with the surveillance devices themselves, although electromagnetic field (EMF) anomalies were recorded near the installation points. These anomalies could be indicative of external influence, although it is still uncertain whether this was intentional or a byproduct of the system's interference. Further analysis is required to fully assess the nature of the devices and the methods of surveillance. While the agents’ legitimate access and seamless execution of the task suggest prior recruitment, no direct links to a specific state actor have yet been established.
The possibility that this surveillance was part of a broader, state-sponsored intelligence operation cannot be ruled out. The precision and scope of the activity, combined with the high-level nature of the individuals involved, suggest that these actions may be linked to a Russian military intelligence unit or GRU-affiliated operatives. However, further investigation is necessary to confirm the identity of the responsible parties and the full extent of their operations.
